I started the Anti-diet blog in early 2018 after much encouragement from friends and family. Having been a yo-yo dieter for years, I finally figured out a way or, to more accurately describe it, stumbled upon a system that worked for me. For years now I have enjoyed not only being my perfect weight but also total freedom from dieting.
I had been sharing my secrets and formula with people I knew for ages and when many of them kept advising me to write everything down and share it with others, I thought why not! I sincerely hope that what worked for me, will work for you! So far, the impact has been so positive that I am inspired to keep spreading the message.
