Sherry battled with weight-loss issues for years before stumbling upon a solution that worked for her. In a bid to help others in this situation, she wrote 'The Anti-Diet Lifestyle, 4 Crazy Steps to Weight loss Success!' in which she shares her weight loss secrets without the need for conventional dieting. Since publishing this book, she has also written '89 Ways to Soothe your Soul' the aim of which is to help motivate others and keep them on track on their personal journeys. Sherry has now produced 4 step by step courses that will guide you through the entire Anti-Diet process! It has taken four years to write these courses and to format them in a way that is easy to understand and follow. Who knows what will be next .....
