Great change is never plain sailing, you will have times when your motivation is low and your need to go back to default mode is strong. Don’t worry, don’t panic because this is completely normal and happens to all of us. In fact, I had more ups and downs because I was completely unprepared and had to learn and adapt along the way. The good news is that I have anticipated possible set-backs you may come across on your journey and have put together countless tools and resources to arm you in readiness so that you can defend yourself!

I am a firm believer in being prepared and planning for such times.  Great change of any kind is very daunting and can be difficult for us so remember to go easy on yourself and don’t expect yourself to become an expert Anti-Dieter overnight!
